The goal of our various educational and training programs within the Therapeutics Initiative is to catalyze ideation by providing students with all of the tools and skills to be productive researchers in therapeutics discovery. The Therapeutics Initiative hosts multiple fellowship opportunities to support our goal of developing a pipeline for therapeutic development and training the next generation of therapeutic/regulatory scientists. These full-time training programs allow early-mid career professionals from a variety of backgrounds to learn, collaborate, and gain hands-on experience with some of the top scientists in the field. We currently offer three fellowship programs, including the Harvard-MIT CRS Fellowship, the Harvard HealthTech Fellowship, and the Therapeutics Innovation Fellowship. The Therapeutics Initiative offers programs, workshops, and seminars to facilitate HMS faculty in their career advancement and research opportunities in the areas of therapeutics and drug discovery. More information about faculty development programs can be found below.
